PATENTED PC TRIPOD TRAY
FasTray -
Our patented FasTray PC tripod-tray support system makes mot ion analysis in the
laboratory extremely convenient and easy
(pictured at right - click on photos to enlarge). The system was designed here at Medical Motion in order
to make motion capture and analysis extremely easy for either indoor or
outdoor portable operation. Now physical therapists can easily move the equipment
from one area to another. The system comes in either
single or dual tray
configuration. This support system is designed so
that a user can mount all equipment, including a PC, right on the same tripod for easy
operation and viewing while performing motion analysis in the field. It
consists of a pro-quality video tripod, camera head and high-strength
aluminum PC tray. The PC tray simply locks in-place
under special leg clamps with no tools required. Here's what makes our
unique mounting system so special:
> Your
camcorder and PC can be easily mounted on a single tripod thereby
eliminating the need for a separate tripod, table or other support.
> The
tray is light-weight yet strong and fits in our standard carrying cases.
Made from 6061 aircraft aluminum, this tray is only 1/8" thick yet can
support virtually any electronic equipment and is practically
indestructible.
> The
tray mounting requires no assembly or adjustments and literally sets up
within seconds. It simply slides in place over the tripod and is secured by
its own weight using a unique cantilever technique created from three,
permanently mounted leg clamps.
> The
tray surface has an anti-skid mat built-in which prevents your PC from
slipping during use.

Trays can be used in a dual combination (shown above) to provide a separate
surface for taking notes or holding additional equipment such as a printer
or an external mouse pad.
